After a meeting or review of your plans, we send you a proposal that details the project scope, cost and approximate timeframe. Once you give us the go-ahead, we send you a contract that reiterates scope, cost and start and completion dates, and requests a deposit to get you on our calendar. In keeping with state law, the deposit you'll be asked for will be a maximum of 10% of total project cost or $1,000, whichever is less.
